Obi Emegano is a 9-year professional basketball player, 2020 Tokyo Olympian, entrepreneur, and mental performance coach.     The MAPP is fully self-paced. Most athletes complete the core curriculum in 6–12 weeks, but you can move faster or slower depending on your schedule.

  • What age group is The MAPP for?

    It’s best for athletes aged 12 and up—middle school through college. The content is built to be relatable but challenging, with room to grow as athletes mature.
