Nope. While it was built by a professional basketball player, The MAPP is designed for athletes of all sports who want to develop the mindset tools that drive performance.
The MAPP is fully self-paced. Most athletes complete the core curriculum in 6–12 weeks, but you can move faster or slower depending on your schedule.
It’s best for athletes aged 12 and up—middle school through college. The content is built to be relatable but challenging, with room to grow as athletes mature.
